Our Process

Consultation

We begin with a personal consultation (by appointment only) to get a clear sense of the client’s lifestyle, remodeling desires, and vision. We work directly with architects, contractors, interior designers, and other professionals in the trade throughout the entire process.

Design

We develop and present designs based on the client’s unique visions and goals. Once the final design has been approved and we receive an initial deposit, the order is submitted to the manufacturer.  Production begins on building the cabinetry to uniquely fit the space.

Delivery

We track the progress of your order and once your cabinetry is ready, we coordinate delivery with the client and tradesman ensuring a seamless arrival. We ensure all items are received and provide your craftsmen detailed installation instructions so they can begin the transformation.

How it works

We will review a variety of options, like the cabinet construction you prefer; various wood species, door styles and profiles, and any specialty finishes or glazes you may desire. Depending on the project, other topics of discussion could include appliance preferences, sink types, and any other specialty features. Detailed measurements will be recorded for use in the CAD design software.

  • The length of time can vary depending on the scope of the project and schedule availability. The contractor can better answer the question regarding your project timeline and we coordinate with the contractor’s schedule to help the project complete on time.

  • A part of our service is that we strive to be onsite for each delivery to ensure everything arrives in good condition. This allows us the opportunity to inspect the condition of items as they are unloaded, but also account for any items that are missing. In the event that something arrives damaged or missing, we can immediately contact the manufacturer and shorten the turnaround time to correct the issue.

  • Yes, we work directly with architects, interior designers, and contractors. We also can work directly with the homeowner.
